Non-alcoholic bars & bottle shops
LA's dedicated non-alcoholic bar scene is still young. Places open, and some close, faster than a restaurant or cafe usually would, so this list stays short on purpose instead of padded out with anywhere that pours a little wine on the side.
A few kava bars are here too: kava has never had alcohol in it, and the bars built around it run the same way a cocktail bar would, just without the alcohol.
